Simp Coat 25 is a one-component, environmentally friendly and user-friendly, resilient, resilient, waterproofing membrane, made from modified silane polymers, free of solvents, bituminous, isocyanates and odors. No adhesion primer is required when applied to stable surfaces. Application on wet substrate. 

Simp Coat 25 is suitable for surfaces that will then be coated. Ideal for protection, maintenance, repair, restoration and waterproofing (for positive hydrostatic pressures) of new or existing structures.
