Mariseal 250 is a spreadable polyurethane sealant for roof waterproofing. Mariseal 250 semi-thixotropic from extremely stable rubber, cold spread and cold coagulation, applied in liquid form and used for long-term solvent-based seals.

Mariseal 250 it is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins which provide excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal resistance and resistance to ultraviolet radiation and various weather phenomena and natural elements. It matures by reacting with soil and air moisture.
